Dine amid the rustic setting of our lodge. Prairie Sky Ranch offers breakfast and main courses, prepared by our chef and experienced kitchen staff.

In the summer, we have Wednesday Night Pitch Fork Steak Fry! It is an event not to be missed.

Start your day with hot coffee and home-baked goods. Breakfast also includes delicious entrees such as:

• Creative egg scrambles

Round out your hearty breakfast with a side serving of hash browns, bacon, sausage, and more!

Main Course Meals
Dinner at Prairie Sky Ranch is a memorable occasion. Although the menu varies, it may include:

• Bison T-bone steak, sirloin, or rib-eye
• Free-range chicken
• Homemade breads
